Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd Terms & Conditions set out below are the terms and conditions on which Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd provides services to its clients.
Please note your visit to Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd binds you to the following terms and conditions, alongside all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree to comply with these terms and any applicable local laws and regulations.
The term ‘client’ will refer to both patients of the Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd.

Terms and conditions for quotations

Please be advised that all quotations issued are valid for a period of six months from the date of issuance. Following this period, the terms and pricing may be subject to revision.

Treatment Suitability

All clients will have a Consultation prior to any treatment being offered.

We welcome a cooling-off period for our clients post consultation and prior to treatment being conducted.

During the Consultation we will assess whether the requested and/or recommended treatments are suitable for you/ and their likelihood of success. Should we feel the treatments may not be suited at the time we will inform you as to the reasons why. Please note that if we feel the treatment is not appropriate, we have the right to decline to treat.

Treatment Expectations

Please note that no guarantee can be given as to the precise results of any treatment undertaken. At Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd we make every effort to ensure you have the best possible outcome, however as it applies to all medical procedures, can be a spectrum of results. Results vary from individual to individual whilst also depending on numerous factors, many of which cannot always be predicted. At Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd we endeavor to use what is considered best practice and up-to-date techniques/approaches to help achieve a satisfactory outcome, but please note that there can be no guarantees as to the final outcome. Please be aware that your expectations and the predicted realistic outcome may be different.

Client Confidentiality

Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd is registered with The Data Protection Act and will not discuss your treatment or share your details with any third party unless formally requested to.

Clinical Photography

All our clients will be photographed for monitoring purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, we retain the right to decline conducting the treatment.

Clinic Appointments- Consultations

Due to the demand for appointments at Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd we encourage all clients to rebook their next appointment to secure a date and time of their preferred choice. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and ensure your products are ordered, this will be reimbursed against the cost of your treatment. On the day of treatment you will be required to pay the remaining balance.

All treatments purchased as a course of treatments must be paid in full at the time of your booking and prior to your first treatment. Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of booking and all treatments must be performed within this period. Any treatments not conducted by the 12th month of the initial booking date will be forfeited. All courses of booked treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used as credit against other treatments. However, should you not be able to complete your course due to unforeseen medical reasons (formally documented by your specialist doctor or GP) we may be able to offer an extension at our discretion.

Cancellation

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is required that you provide more than 3 working days’ notice (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm). Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee per practitioner if the patient is scheduled to see multiple practitioners on the same day, payable within 24 working hours.

If you are booked on any course of treatment and you cancel or reschedule your appointment without providing more than 3 working days notice (Mon-Friday 9am-5pm) failure to do this will incur a £100 cancellation fee payable within 24 working hours.

Clinic Prices

Please note listed prices on printed and online materials are intended as a guide and should be confirmed at the time of the consultation itself.

Complications

All procedures and products carry risks both for expected adverse effects and true complications which you have consented to. Some people may be at greater risk of complications. All our clients are requested to contact us directly as soon as possible should they experience any adverse effects and/or complications and we shall offer you the next available appointment for your review, photography and strategy formulation. Should a complication be more serious, and you wish to treat it yourself through the NHS or privately please inform us of your decision. Should we also feel that you may need to be seen by the NHS we may be able to support with recommendations and arrangements within the NHS, or if you wish privately then this shall be at your own cost.

Please note that we do not offer a refund or transfer of payment in the event of any side effect (including but not limited to redness, bruising, swelling, itching, tenderness) or rare complications (including but not limited to hypo/hyperpigmentation, infection, allergy, tissue injury, nerve injury, vascular injury, necrosis, scarring etc).

Liability

Prior to any treatment it is the client’s responsibility to provide us with all relevant medical information. Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd or the staff members,  will not be liable for any damage that occurs due to the client’s failure to disclose all information.

Prior to and after all treatments it is the client’s responsibility to fully comply with all instructions/information/guidance provided to them by Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd and the team regarding the care required.

Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd will not be liable in contract or otherwise for any economic/financial loss or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

Changes of business ownership and control

Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this privacy policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us.

We may also disclose Data to a prospective purchaser of our business or any part of it.

In the above instances, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring your privacy is protected.

Use of Website Materials

Please note that permission to only temporarily download one copy of the website materials for personal use/non-commercial transitory viewing only under license is only granted to our clients. Furthermore, transfer of title is not provided. Under this licence you cannot: modify any content; make copies of any materials herewith; make use of any materials for any public display/educational content/commercial purposes; or transfer the materials to another entity or person.

Please note this license will automatically terminate if you happen to violate any of these restrictions and furthermore may be terminated by Este Medical Group Cosmetic Surgery Ltd at any time.

Please note that upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license it is your duty and need to destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether they happen to be in electronic or printed format.
